Refund and cancellation terms for consulting engagements are set out in each signed Statement of Work.
You may cancel a project subject to the cancellation clause in your SOW. Most SOWs allow cancellation with prorated refund of unused fees, less work-product handover costs.
Initial discovery calls and written proposals are at no cost.
If you are an EU consumer engaging in a personal capacity, you have a 14-day right to withdraw under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
